Returns and Refunds:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items once they have been collected or delivered, unless there was a mistake with your order. Our goal is to provide accurate and satisfactory deliveries. If there is an error or discrepancy with your order, please contact us to discuss the issue. We will investigate and, if our mistake is confirmed, provide a refund or replacement accordingly.

 


Product Inspection:

  • Collection: We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the items at the time of collection. Once you have collected the products and confirmed their condition, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

  • Delivery: Our team will carefully inspect the items before handing them over to the delivery driver. However, once the products are in the possession of the delivery driver, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
